Grove's October 8 spell would zero several Morpho deposit caps
Grove published the technical scope for its October 8, 2026 spell to meet the Sky Atlas Morpho Vault Curation Framework by the Executive Vote. On-chain reads pinned at Ethereum block 26,035,800 and Base block 51,662,118 (both 21:46:23 UTC on September 22, 2026) still showed about 9.02 million USDC in the Ethereum Grove x Steakhouse USDC V2 vault, plus 205,572,698 USDC and 72,182,307 USDC in two Base vaults that must be emptied before execution. After the vote, leftover allocations in noncompliant Morpho vaults would carry a 100% capital ratio requirement.

Spark's Arbitrum DPAU would launch with a paused PAS Configurator
Sidestream posted the October 3, 2026 technical scope for launching Spark's PAS and Configurator beside the Arbitrum Diamond PAU, so trusted operators can change rate limits and pull facets without a core spell.
