LlamaRisk asked Aave V3 to raise the USDe base rate to 6.30% after USDe debt fell about 70%. Aave Labs separately proposed listing SG-FORGE euro token EURCV on V4 Core. Spark posted a 0.01% force-deallocate penalty on the Sentora RLUSD vault and a SAEP-23 plan to lift the product backstop to 5 million USDS. A GitHub patch would make EIP-8141 reject broken mempool transactions before expensive signature checks.
LlamaRisk files a September 11 Aave V3 note to raise the USDe base rate to 6.30%
LlamaRisk's September 11, 2026 Risk Stewards post recommends lifting the USDe base rate from 6.00% to 6.30% on five Aave V3 deployments, cutting Slope1 to 0.25% on Core and Avalanche and to 1% on Plasma, Monad, and Mantle. It also raises Slope1 to 5.00% on Monad USDC, USDT0, GHO, mUSD, and AUSD. Aggregate USDe debt on those five reserves fell from about 658.1 million to about 199.7 million between August 28 and this review, a drop of about 70%. The 7-day mean sUSDe APY was 4.75%, and optimal utilization plus Slope2 stay unchanged.
Aave Labs proposes listing SG-FORGE EURCV on V4 Core
Aave Labs posted a September 11, 2026 ARFC to onboard EUR CoinVertible (EURCV) to the Aave V4 Core Instance on Ethereum at 0x5F7827FDeb7c20b443265Fc2F40845B715385Ff2. EURCV is a euro electronic money token issued by SG-FORGE (Societe Generale-FORGE) under MiCA, with 1:1 euro reserves and periodic attestations. Risk parameters are left to the Risk Service Providers. Next steps are forum feedback, technical and risk assessments, a Snapshot, then a V4 Security Council transaction; Aave Labs says it has no financial relationship with SG-FORGE.
Spark asks a 0.01% force-deallocate penalty on the Sentora RLUSD vault
Phoenix Labs posted a September 11, 2026 technical scope to raise the force-deallocate penalty on the Sentora x Spark RLUSD Morpho Vaults V2 adapter to 0.01% (1 basis point). A 1,000,000 RLUSD forced deallocation would cost a 100 RLUSD-equivalent penalty, burned from shares on behalf of the caller, while ordinary withdrawals and allocator or sentinel deallocate do not pay it. A sparkfi.eth Snapshot poll is planned to open September 14 and close September 17, with earliest on-chain execution September 24 after a seven-day timelock by a 2-of-2 curator Safe controlled by Soter Labs and Sentora.
Spark SAEP-23 would lift the product backstop to 5 million USDS
Phoenix Labs posted SAEP-23 on September 11, 2026 asking Spark governance to raise the Spark Product Backstop from 1 million USDS to 5 million USDS. It would also deduct accrued but unrealized Spark Savings yield when calculating Current SubDAO Proxy Value, matching Q2 2026 financial reporting. The operational process would mark the proxy at 16:00 UTC on the first day of each month, put the buyback in the next Spark proxy spell with a voting date on or after the 22nd, and have the Buyback Executor buy SPK through an on-chain TWAP over 90 days.
EIP-8141 patch would reject broken mempool txs before signature work
sm-stack opened GitHub pull request 12321 on September 11, 2026 to update EIP-8141. The patch would run static and structural checks before protocol signature verification, treat shared-payer balance changes as accounting instead of full re-simulation, evict transactions immediately if a default-code payer later acquires code, and bar EIP-7702 delegated top-level factories. The notes say these rules apply only to public mempool admission and revalidation. They do not change consensus validity.
Magicians draft ERC-8415 so NFTs can lag an external register
MichaelYip posted a draft called Asynchronous Register Projection for NFTs on Ethereum Magicians on September 10, 2026. No ERC number is assigned yet. The draft keeps ERC-721 transfers moving while an external register update is still pending, and stores a time-indexed history of confirmed holders via IRegisterProjection (ERC-165 ID 0x6309e170). In the example, Bob can already own the token on-chain at time 120 while holderAsOf(140) still returns Alice until the register records Bob at 130 and the entry lands at 150.
